| Cats, like people, have different personalities. Our adoption counselor will assist you in selecting the perfect match for you and your home.
Our adoption guidelines try to ensure that our cats are placed in permanent loving homes where they can live out long, happy, and healthy lives. We become very attached to our foster babies and want to make sure their lives after the Foundation are the best possible that we can provide. Therefore, these policies have been established:
- Cats/kittens less than 1 1/2 years of age must be adopted in pairs or into a home already having another cat or dog - Our cats may not be declawed - Our cats must be indoor only - We generally do not place young kittens in homes with small children (under the age of 5) In most cases, a volunteer will bring the cat to his/her new home to help with the cat's transition to his/her new family. A donation of $75 for one cat or $125 for two is asked to help offset some of the incurred veterinary expenses.
If you are interesting in adopting one of our kitties, please complete our adoption application and e-mail it to us. An application must be completed and submitted for review prior to visiting the cat in his/her foster home.
